Naaptol - Refund my money in my A/C no. / exchange the product not replacement

Dear mam,
I raised a complaint against order no. 12199001. I have placed order in the month of december-2014 and when I receive product on approx 25 dec-14 that one is missing and second is damaged conditions. i also raised complaint on dated approx 25 dec and ask all of them that i am not satisfied with this product so I want exchange other product / refund money . your all representative and also team leader use wrong language and bad word which is not acceptable for any one who is already paid all amount and their complaint is pending from December onwards. So I have to send you this.
plz solve my issues and try to exchange other product or refund money in my A/c No. ********0036688. A/C Holder- sadhana kumari. Punjab national bank.
I also send your product from my side which courier bill paid from my side which amount is rs - 490/= which details are already send to you .
plz solve the issue as soon as possible.
