It is very disappointing on your part that a very poor customer handling and wrong commitments has been promised and not being fulfilled now. I am getting an impression that this is happening just because now I am your paid customer.

Mr. Aditya ( ********34)& Mr. Kuldeep Sharma ( ********31) were the person in dialogue with me.
I was assured for EMI based payment plan for my just dial service, for which i confirmed twice.I also filled the form for the same. But now I have been charged in one shot payment for the same. I have told them many times but found both least bothered for it. I am calling them regularly but my call is not being entertained.

I want my refund now for everything I paid to just dial.
