I had tried to book a ticket from irctc rail connect app, from Tata Nagar junction to Vadodara junction of 3rd November 2017; but due to server problem the transaction failed but the amount of 2625 rupees has been deducted from my account, its been three days now and there is no response from the site for my refund.
The details of the failed booking is as following:
