Please find the mail communication between me & CCE of capital first limited , still i have not receive my excess refund amount by capital first limited , i have already pay the entire loan amount of rs 4960 but unfortunately it has been deducted 2 times from my credit card account , as per discussion with CCE of capital first limited Ms. Pallavi Patil she committed me that the refund amount of Rs.7014 will be credited to your account before 18th of Oct 2017 , now they are saying only Rs4600 will be refunded to you & also you have to pay the EMI of rs 2084, at what basis they deduct rs 5320 they are not providing me a details.

From 9th Oct 2017 i am taking continuously follow up through mail & calls but still they are not refunding me the excess amount , & at what basis they are charging extra mount of rs 2036
