Hi Team,

This is Bhupesh Galipelly order one BlackBerry battery model F-M1 in Rediff Shopping and received another model C-S2 model which won't compatible for my mobile. I have send an email to Rediff customer support and they send an email to me to return the package to the vendor and revert their email along with the courier invoice copy to refund the amount and I did the same.

Till from that date onwards I haven't received any email or any call, I was keep calling customer care and received same update that I'll be receiving updated email in 24 hrs.

I have placed the order on 28 june 2013 with the value of Rs. 820/- order no# 8196666.

Please take an action on these type of issues to avoid online frauds.
