Hi My name is Venipa Dsouza On 27/06/2016 I Had done a recharge of 150/- talk time From my friends Paytm after that I did recharge of 356/- of Vodafone u Internet as the recharge message didn't appear and the internet had problem i again did the Recharge of 102/- internet pack the same thing happened because of Very slow Vodafone network then I Went to the shop and did my recharge of Internet pack of 199/- . After some time I noticed My main balance been Getting deducted because of internet as none of the above internet pack got activated . so I decided to call Vodafone help Line number 198 There i spoke to Mr Amol and Mr. Rajesh Rao They Didn't help me and even did not give any assurance of reimbursement . They did not give information about their self or any other information about the complaint . I would Like you to please look int to the matter and get me justice
My vodafone bill is so increase then I want to know how to increase my voda bill
I, Alpesh Majethia, on 03.08.2017 have recharged Rs. 349.00 unlimited plan pack and byemistakEly I recharge again Rs.346.00 unlimited plan pack. I call to Customer Service and gone to Vodafone Gallery they told me that they don't refund Balance or don't cary forward the plan for next month and they told me that is no solution for this query or problem.
I want solution for this problem

My Vodafone no ********54 got double recharge of rs 346 from net banking double. Money deducted 2times. I want to deactivate one recharge and money to be transferred back
