ShopClues - Received Manufacturer Defect Product

Purchased a new Philips Home theatre from shopclues.com I received an internally damaged Central speaker on 13 Nov 2013. i have tried to call shopclues customer care so many times and informed about the damage. The only response i am getting is as you have been given the manufacturer warranty pls visit the service center and Get it repaired. i have even lodged a return request on 26th nov 2013 but no action is been taken till now. Please help me out either with New Product or Refund, because i have not paid for the damaged product and get it repaired from service centre.

i ordered a beats soundblaster.....i just got the order but its defective.....only one sid of where we put our ears has sponge in it.....plzz replace it
