I am student at Sastra University,Thanjavur.Earlier we were paying our semester fee and mess fees at fee counter and we were getting the receipts.But now a days every type of fee payment is made online and whatever we are paying, they give us receipts for semester fees only, thousands of rupees we pay for mess fees,they do not provide any receipts.

On bank website (CUB) it is written in online receipts that college will provide the necessary receipt, but when we ask for receipts they don\'t issue us.Instead they just send us here and there. I had went up to Finance officer and Registrar/Principle of the college and they never returned from meetings. They don\'t like to meet us or discuss on this issue.

I would request to send some top officials to probe into this matter.Lots of money in the form of tax is to be paid. We ask receipts so that our family may get some exemption from the tax but instead of benifitting us they enjoying themselves.They have not paid us the mess bill receipts from dec 08.
