I Vivek Kumar have a Insurance policy of BSLI bearing policy no-002114028 through the adviser namely___________________ , during some uneven circumstances I requested for surrender the policy on 31st July 2012 at Branch Sanjay Palace, Agra (UP). Accordingly a cheque bearing no-581959 dtd 08/08/2012 was sent to me on my old address instead of which I have mentioned in the request form.
After a lapse of considerable time whwn I contact to customer care on 1********0 with Miss Neetu Singh (715864) and then Mr Hemant Mahanta, Floor supervisor (705121), then the executive told me that
1. the cheque has been sent on correct address,
2. But due to non availability of individual the same has been returned back to them,
3. You may GO to any nearest branch and you can get the another cheque with in 4 or 5 days,
Accordingly I went to the Branch 38 at Srinagar J&K and requested for the same and they told me that it will take 15-16 working days but when I again contact the said branch 38 at SGR, they told me that "nothing has been received in the name of Cheque till Date".
Then I again make a contact with C/Care on above said toll free number and talked with Mr Kamal(705577) on 18/10/2012 and he replied that "the same cheque has again sent to Branch 38 vide reference number 029714791 dated 15/10/2012 and with in 2 or 3 days it will be with you".
On 29/10/2012 I again make a call to C/Care BSLi and talked with Miss Shehnaz (253181) on 29/10/2012, then she told me that "a new cheque Bearing no-649473 dated 25/10/2012 amounting to Rs.69,426.18 has been sent to Branch 38 where you have requested and it will tale few days to reach there and please collect accordingly".
I received a cheque on 31/10/2012 bearing no 649473 dtd 25/10/2012 for the same amount as mentioned above, but an account number is mentioned in that cheque i.e.********5760700. On inquiring from C/Care BSLI no body clarify about that Account number.I talked with Mr RajniKant as well as supervisor Me Shashi Kant, he advised me "to go to any nearest branch to clarify about that, if it is wrongy mentioned then a fresh cheque will issue to you and it will take again 15-20 days."
1. Is there any body who can tell me about the problems in receiving the cheque of MY I say again My money, which I have secured for my help during uneven time.
2. Why the company will not pay the compensation for this all.
3. Why the company will not pay the intrest for the time which has been lapsed at their own.

Question 1:- Why the cheque was noe delivered on correct address which was mentioned in the request form?
Que 2:- Why was I not contacted on given numbers in the request form?

It is sad that customer has to undergo such harra,ssment,due to callousness of the executive concerned.He has every right to
approach consumer court for deficiency of service and mental stress.
