We are a manufacturing company in the name of Ashwani Exports Pvt Ltd .We have a vendor who use to supply us Alluminium Tallic(6063) currently we wanted to buy the same mentioned product from them and agianst there performa invoice we had given them Rs 7,00,000/ from our company account which is canara bank in jamshedpur.We transferd the amount on 29/09/2015.With there commitment they were suppose to load the material same day.We had arranged for the truck to load the material.Then the company director Raunak maliwal stopped picking up the phone.After making 1000 of calls he started giving us false hope that he will load the material.Again we arranged for the truck to load ,but again he did not load the material and the truck went back empty and our company reputation with the truck agency also was spoiled.
We again tried calling them several times but there was no reply from Raunak maliwal,then again after our several cal and message,he started replying on message saying he will load tomorrow and his tomorrow never came. He is neither returning our money nor is he loading the material. We are providing raunak mailwals director number and his residential area.
