Many times while returning to Mumbai from outside, many railway employees boarding mail, express trains at Kalyan station travelling towords CST station in 1st class as well as 2nd class, threatening reserved passengers to make them room forcibly & threatening in groups...particularly, this happens in morning time betn 4.00 to 7.00 a.m. , while going outside it happens at 4.30 to 8.00 p.m. in the evening from CST to Kalayan....Whether they are allowed officially to do so? If not then , then why TT, Guards, Security personnels not taking any action against them?
