Indian Railways - Railway employee mistreatment to senior citizen

I am senior citizen, and I wanted to book a railway ticket from Borivali railway stn to read road at 9.50 am dated 24 th February 2018. While I approched on counter no 28 of Borivali ticket booking and asked for read road ticket the employee told me that it's a firts class counter and told me to get away...So I requested on counter 27 to give me the tickets for which she insulted me to go back again in a queue to start fresh and stand back....I was already waiting for 15mins in the previous​ queue..She refused to gave me the tickets and on both the counter the ladies were sitting and chit chatting.. I requested several times..But they didn't gave me. Please teach your ladies employee to be polite with senior citizen.
