Sorry to write this mail but after getting too much harassed i wrote this mail to you.
I had purchased a Suzuki Access 125 scooty from kirti Nagar but from the very first day I noticed in my scooter there is some manufacturing fault found and very next day same informed to your executive (Sales Manager) and he said it's not an issue normally it's found in New Scooter.
NOTE :- Back light Not working even in Night, Break is not upto the mark & Tyre got slipped when I used the rear brake.
All the above mentions problem found from the very 1st day and same informed to your executive on 11th May( You also check in CCTV Footage).
Yesterday my scooter got slipped and I met with an accident, I want to know who was responsible for that ?
Quiet Pathetic experienced with suzuki ever and everyone is ignoring customer wooes.
Please resolve this issue at the earliest otherwise I will go legally and for sure posting negative comments and experienced in social sites like LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
