I am very sorry to say that, i am a bajaj pulsar user from last 3 years but i never faced any problems with the bike and i also i had no doubts on the quality, durability and reliability of bajaj pulsar bike until i had a bad experience with my recently purchased bajaj pulsar 220cc FI bike from Abhinandan Bajaj which is located in Kondapur, Hyderabad. This is just a one month old bike and i purchased it on 11th Jan 2012. It gives me tremendous starting problems from the day i bought it. I continued it assuming that i will get rid of it in the first service.

Today was my worst experience, right from the first hour in the morning. It gave me initial starting issues in the morning. I somehow managed to start and started my journey to office. I was just about to reach the office(just 200 m away) and suddenly bike stopped. Even after giving 20 self starts it didn't start. i somehow dragged the bike to the office and came to office. I tried calling the showroom person, he told me that he is out of town and will try to reach somebody who is in the town to help me. But i didn't receive any call. In the evening while coming back i gave a last try to start my bike, It somehow started and i managed to reach halfway home(with lot of jerks). I again called the showroom guy but again the response was poor.

Now i am frustrated and i don't know how to get rid of this situation. I don't know where to go and complaint so that it will be heard and addressed. The day i bought this bike i never thought i would have to write something like this.
