I have been trying to apply for PF from last 6 months but again and again failed because my employee details are not matching with my KYC details. I have already sent you joint declaration form and proof of my KYC details on 16th November, 2017 but Mr Dharamvir Saser is not updating my details.

A lot of times I have been visited to Reliance Head Office but didn't get any solution.

Please find the attachment again and update my details ASAP otherwise I will go to consumer court.
