I ordered a marble radha krishna murti when I visited Agra Tajmahal as my tourist guide took me to the store UP cottage industries that sell marble statues and other handicrafts. the company shipped me a different statue. I tried to explain them that they have shipped a wrong product and I asked for refund of money. the company refused to accept that they shipped a wrong item. this store is a fraud store. please never visit this store in your life. please spread the message to your friends and near and dear ones.
YES I TOO HAVE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. WE HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY IRTC CAR DRIVER TO THIS SHOP. WE HAVE PURCHAGED MANY ITEMS. PAID EVERY BILL. BUT AT LAST WE HAVE PURCHAGED SHOES AND SAREES FOR WHICH THEY OFFERED YOU CAN PAY 50 5 NOW AND 50 5 ON DELIVERY. OUR BILL NUMBER IS 13474 , BUT TILL TODAY THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED THE GOODS

They are simply fraud. Same thing happened with me. We bought a marble Tajmahal (Souvenir) on 18th February, 2018. but when we back to our Country and open it, we found its made by wax.
How cheat they are!!!
