Jabong.com - Product Not Received and No Proper Response to enquiries

I had place and order # 150314320745659 on 14 March with multiple products. Two products with the deliver date as 21 March is still not received. Not having received the product by 23 I had written and received req id # 16928327 stating they will come back in 48 hours. After 48 and no proper update I had written to them again and also asked for a cancellation and refund since there is no information on the status of the prodcut. The had again replied stating the request is forwarded to their specilized team and till date a week latter there is absoletely no information on the status.

I need to have the order cancelled and my money refunded.
