Amazon.in - product not delvered or refunded

Respected Sir,
I've ordered SanDisk Ultra MicroSDXC 64 GB UHS-I Class 10 Memory Card (Upto 80 MB/s Speed) + SD Adapter(Order# 171-1238473-2317129 ) on 26 Sep-2016 and paid through net banking of Rs.899/- (Rupees Eight hundred and ninety nine only) Transaction Ref No.: IG0CTSJAB3 / State Bank of India.

It was clearly mentioned that it will be delivered between 1 st Oct 2016 to 6 th Oct 2016. After a fortnight there is no sign of delivery from Amazon.in. Even the shipping charges have paid by me for Rs. 101.36 .Since it was the Third party seller I am unable to track the package, till date the consignment was not delivered.

After a couple of mails send to the "contact Seller" option there is no response from the seller or the Courier: epacket. Even Customer executives on telephonic conversation falsely assured me many times to solve theis issue but not until now.

This is a fair trade practice by Amazon.in and cheating its customer by creating lot of mental agony and make inconvenience to us. Please make immediate attention over this issue and make them deliver the product or refund my paid amount.
