Hi Anuj,
I am facing exactly the same problem for the last 3 months now.
They are so incompetent, i got in touch with the Nodal department that handles escalated issues but even they are unable to do anything.
this is the number 022******** for the nodal officer.
Update me if u find another way.
Dear Dr.Anuj Sharma

Hi . We at Akosha help Indian consumers in resolving their complaints against brands quickly. We are able to do this by contacting the higher management of the company and if that doesn't succeed, it helps the customer in approaching a consumer forum for redressal. The emphasis is on getting complaints resolved quickly and not on starting legal proceedings, unless absolutely necessary. You can post your consumer complaints online.
