Today my wife went to book ticket for myself at booking counter at Bus Stand Chandigarh. Near ticket couter it was written \"ladies without que\" therefore my wife stood up in ladies que which was there. However, railway staff refused to give ticket to her because her name was not mentioned there only my name was there. thereafter she had to stood in other line to book ticket. by that time ques got longer and therefore my wife had to spent 1 hour more in booking counter. Either Northern railway is harasing people by writing incomplete information that female could get ticket book of female only in seperate que, not of male passanger or railway staff harass the passangers by refusing them to book ticket.
railway is misleading its customer.
