Mahananda Milk - Price Charged by Retailers for Mahananda Milk is more than MRP printed on packet

The price printed on the Mahananda Milk half litre packet is Rs.14/- but the retailers in Ulhasnagar are charging the customers Rs.15/-. The price was reduced wef 19.09.2011 as per press release on 21.09.2011 in TOI by Re.2/- per litre & thus reduced price should be Rs.14/- for half litre packet According to dealers the company is using old printed packets & has not reduced the price.
Thus consumers are being charged more than the MRP printed on the packets.
Complainant's Goal: The company should clarify the price to be charged to ultimate consumers
