I am Alo Rani Saha & user of Vodafone pre-paid connection, Mob no. ********38. I had lost my SIM on 07.04.15. Asked for a new pre-paid SIM of same old no from Kankurgachi Vodafone store as well as Girish Park also on 07.04.15. But they refused to provide the SIM giving the reason they had no stock of New SIM with old no. & asked to come later.


I am senior citizen, 60 years age. Not possible for me to go & finding SIM on regular basis. Today I had sent one of my relative to Kankurgachi Vodafone store for that SIM. But surprisingly they told that it is yet now unavailable. They always insisting for taking Post Paid connection and which is not convenient for me.


I cannot understand being a regular customer of Vodafone, why I am not getting service from Vodafone, why I am not getting Vodafone SIM. All of my relatives & friends have my old contact no and now I am detached from my contacts of world.
