Hi

I brought an Micromax Q381 Bolt in ( Poorvika mobile store opp T nagar bus stand branch, south usman road) on 7/16/2016. I am not satisfied with that mobile. Actually they Sold Me a Worst Micromax Mobile.
I Bought this Mobile for my Father
SPEAKER CONDITION IS very WORST
MOBILE VOLUME CONDITION IS very LOW
There is no option to change the ring tone
The sales guys are very worst in product knowledge of the products what they are selling. I went back to Poorvika to return the mobile. They were not willing to take it back.

I hate poorvika mobile show rooms. I advice my friends also not to purchase mobiles in poorvika showrooms.

March 19th 2018,at nagercoil poorvikaI was purchased screen protector for my Samsung s8.I requested 5D glass,they did 3D glass.that too worst quality. 200 rs material they got 2500 rs from me.. and bill was not issued to me..

Yesterday I went to poorvika mobiles at the chatram bus stand in trichy for buying SAMSUNG J7 NXT MOBILE. Compare with poorvika.com & all other online shopping(amazon,flipkart) mobile rate is high more than 600 to 700 rs in poorvika mobiles at the chathram bus stand. I negotiated with them. But they did not accept and reduce the amount of mobile price. In future, I won't go to poorvika mobile for any purchasing. Very, very worst performance from them. They convinced me and I bought mobile & accessories without any satisfaction.

i got oppo a57 in poorvika show room simmakkal madurai.i m not satisfied with this mobile..its getting heat often..i cant hold this mobile aftr 15mins its getting that much of heat.frst tim i went to the show room and said this s getng heat..they replied it may have some software issues,they update software and gave me..next day..for the same reason i went..i fought with them..aftr tat they said they have changed mother board and pcp...aftr got serviced also..stil i m getng heat..if i use this mobile..my hand and my ear wil go.....feb 25only i got this mobile..i said they wont replace the mobile...with this heating problem..how i wil use this mobile..its ur responsibility.. u have giv me a perfect and complete solution for me.
