Dear Sir
I sent my maruti swift car No DL 9C S 3579 comprehensively insured by ICICI Lombard Policy No 3001/MI-01204377/00/000 through Maruti Insurance for accidental repairs on 15-11-2013 at your Dealer’s workshop KP Automobilies Pvt Ltd, Mansarovar Jaipur.
I was informed by workshop supervisor on 18-11-2013 that surveyor has inspected the vehicle today and has declined for majority of repairs as per Job Card. I withdrawn the vehicle on 20-11-2013 to take up the matter with insurance company. Let me inform and provide the following –
1. The date on which surveyor visited the vehicle
2. Estimate of the repairs as per Job Card
3. Report of the surveyor- with his observations/objections on the repairs as per job card and on estimates
4. If the intended repairs were not admissible, please let me know why the vehicle was taken for such a long period. Further the vehicle was not kept properly and the interiors were played upon with.

Despite repeated reminders, K P Automobiles has not provided me the details. This points to malpractises and so called 'dada giri' of these authorised service and repair centres.

Not satisfied to service provided by kp automotives pvt. Ltd. Mansarovar Jaipur.
Adviser took my car having no. RJ14 VC 9161 to the workshop on 19 august 2017 at 10:30 am, and assured me to complete the service within 2-3 hours. But after many calls and argument my car received me about 5:45 pm. For this I got upset because I had a meeting with my permanent client at 4:00 pm which I missed. I could not attend the client and he went without any consultation/advice.
So I have decided not to visit to the same workshop and also advice to other costumer not to visit.
If they have enough time I.e. 6-7 hours they can visit otherwise they need to visit the other one.
