WE HAVE A WHIRLPOOL DOUBLE DOOR REFRIGERATOR PURCHASED ON 25/2 04. I MADE A COMPLAINT ON 20/6/10 ON WHIRLPOOL CUSTOMER CARE THAT THE DOOR STOPPER IS BEING BROKEN. ON 21/610 THE ENGINEER VISITED MY HOME CHARGED RS. 395 AGAINST VISITING CHARGES AND SAID THAT YOUR BROKEN PART WILL BE REPLACED WITHIN 4 DAYS BECAUSE WE DID NOT HAVE SPARE PARTS RIGHT NOW AND IT WILL COME FROM OUR WORKS AT PONDICHEERY.
BUT THE PART IS NOT REPLACED TILL TODAY 12/7/10 AFTER MAKING COMPLAINTS SEVERAL TIMES ON WHIRLPOOL CUSTOMER CARE.

NOW I WANT MY COMPLAINT THE PART TO BE REPLACED OR WANT MY MONEY BACK. I ALSO WANT TO TAKE SOME SERIOUS ACTION FROM YOURSIDE FOR THE FALSE COMMITMENTS AND POOR SERVICES FROM ALL YOUR STAFF.
WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES BY WHIRLPOOL.
HOPE YOUR COMPANY WILL TAKE RELAVENT ACTION TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE OR I WILL GO TO CONSUMER FORUM FOR THIS ISSUE.
