Dear Sir,
We are owning a TVS Apache 150 cc 2006 model having Registration no TN-01-AB-0342. Recently we had given our bike for service at V.G.Motors (Purusawalkam, Chennai)

Within one month from the same, our bike had problems it stopped functioning the bike was not getting on. So again we had given our bike for Service at the Same Service centre

Initially when we had given our bike for service, we had been told that there was a small hole in the tank from which petrol was leaking and hence we were charged for pasting services. However we had never noticed such leak from our tank. Anyways we did not mind that.

When we gave our bike for service for 2nd time, we had been informed that while doing water wash the hole in the petrol tank got enlarged and The Service centre people had put M-Seal on such hole.

From Next day itself again there was petrol leak in the bike. Immediately we had given our bike for service. Again next day the bike was not functioning problem and it was not starting also.

We are totally disappointed from the services of the aforesaid service centre. Also both the times we were billed for more than Rs.1000/-

And when we ask for bill they gave us just cash receipt having no details for what they have charged the amount.

Hence there is negligence on the part of the aforesaid service centre and We request you to get our petrol tank and engine replaced and any charges for the same should be given by the aforesaid service centre.

i am unable to use my bike and this has happend the first time in all these years kindly take strict action against that service centre as its spoiling the whole TVS co. name and fame.


Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
