Hi,
My name is Jagadeesh Kumar Bommana. I did my return journey with my family(wife and 3.10 years old daughter) from New Delhi to Kachiguda in 12650-KTK SMPRK Expess as on 2-12-2017. Our bearths are B3 45 & 48.

It was almost 26 hours journey and it was very horrible. The coach is completely dirty and bad smells, no service attended at least once. Toilets are with bad pungent smell and even cannot enter inside.

We ordered food from the irctc catering, veg meal/Thali for lunch and veg biryani for dinner. The food provided is completely poor quality and unhygienic. My wife and daughter were hospitalized due to food poison which is provided by them.

I would request to take an active role to make the respective ownership holders feel their responsibility.
