WHIRLPOOL INDIA LTD - Poor service from Whirlpool

Hi, We have a 4 years old Whirlpool washing machine sports model. On Nov 27th 2013, the washing machine was not working and giving an F1 error. We called the customer service 1********58, SR number HD1113014850. The technician came after 4 days and told that the motor is gone. We paid 5900 and after 2 days he came back and replaced the motor. The washing machine worked for a day and again it started throwing F1 error. We again called the Whirlpool customer service and filed an SR HD1213001186. The techinican came the next day and said that an bracket on the outlet pipe is damaged and need to replace.

After that for a week, there was no response from the technician. Whenever, we try to call, he is not picking up the phone. We tried to cal in a different number, he picks up the phone and promise us that he will send a person. When we trying calling the Whirlpool customer care, they repeat the same thing that there will be an remainder sent to the technician. So, we don't know what to do. First of all, we doubt that the motor is really not working. The technician charged 5900. It's been 10 days and we couldn't get the whirlpool washing machine repaired.

There is no escalation process or couldn't able to talk to any other person other than the customer rep which we are seeing no use. Customer service is not helping us and the service centre is not picking up the phone. One of the worst customer service we experienced.
