My name is MR.Raghavendra Rao. I hold two policies 004667425/26

My annual premium is Rs.100000 against each of the policies,

On 29th January I requested for check pick up facility ( after I received a call from Sun birla, which informed me that there is check pick up facility.)

29th January 2014 being a Wednesday I was told it will be picked up within 48 hours.

On 1st Feb 2014 I went to make payment at Mulund West branch Since nobody came to pick up the check. Un fortunately the branch had been closed ( there is no communication to this effect.

On 1st Morning again I called up your call center and spoke to executive and she transferred the call to floor manager

I told them since I have to leave india for an official tour Requested them to send someone to pick up the check. I was promised that someone will pick up the check on 1st feb 2014 .

1st Feb 2014 evening again I called up as no one had turned up to pick up the check.

This time I spoke to one nagrajan ( floor manager.)

He promised that some one will come by Monday 3rd February Positively and I will get my receipt within 48 hours.

Today is 4th February , I am sorry to say nobody has come to collect check inspite of gentle man’s promise

Is this how you serve your customer.

Why lie when you cant keep your promise ,

My agent also a big liar, He visited me only when selling the policy.

Then I came to know he is not an agent , his wife is an agent and she does not know anything about the policy.

I was so upset I asked for surrender value of my policy.

Everytime ( on 1st Feb evening ) I asked for surrender value to Mr. Nagarajan the line would get disconnected.

You can check your call record I had called up at least 3 to four times continuously to get my policy serviced.

Now they are telling change the mode of payment and do a on line transfer .

I am really fed up and tired of lies and un professional behavior of your staff.

I raised this issue in your grievances redressal system , which takes about 15 days to resolve the issue. By that time it will be too late.

If you cant service the policy why do you sell and sell false promises.

I had asked for statement of account of my policy which too has not been sent.
