BIG Bazaar - Poor Service from Big Bazaar,Zirakpur

I bought a study table Rhombus from Big Bazaar,Zirakpur on 02-04-2013.The delivery was promptly made on 06-04-2013 as promised.The problem is now regarding fitting of the study table Rhombus.We are a working couple and no one is home on routine days.On contacting the manager furniture section on 06-04-2013 I was promised that the table shall be fitted on 09-04-2013.My wife stayed back for the same but nobody came.I contacted them again and was again promised that it shall be done on 11-04-2013.Same story repeats that the fitter was not available and the fitting shall be done positively on 13-04-2013.Today as it was already 06 PM and no fitter from Bag Bazaar visited our place I contacted the manager furniture section once again.He repeated that the fitter was not available and the work shall be done on 14-04-2013.When I discussed our problem that we have wasted three days(my wife could not go to work) he was rude to me and said that when the fitter shall be available the work shall be done.It is very disappointing.If the marketing persons of Future Group are noticing this please do the required.
