I purchased LAVA Iris 406q on 16 Aug 14. After using it for a duration of around two weeks, it got a problem with display. I deposited it at 3G Mobiles. GCDA Building, Kochi (the authorised service centre of LAVA) for repair on 03 Sep 14. The real problem started within 2-5 days of depositing the mobile for repair. When I deposited the mobile I was told that mobile will be repaired in 2-5 days and after 5 days when I contacted service centre, I was told to contact after another 5 - 7 days stating some new reason and cycle continues. Its 15 Oct 14 today and my phone is still lying with service centre.
To add to my worries, I mailed and called LAVACARE for early resolution of the issue and submitted complaint with LAVACARE. But in place of resolving the issues the LAVACARE personnel only advised me to wait for some period and said that they are looking into the matter. In one of my mail I even wrote that I will go to consumer court for harassment, but my this complaint also fell on deaf ears.
I am surprised that why these Indian companies, produce such cheap products and cheat consumer. To the worst they not even instruct their staff to resolve the complaints or work properly. After receiving such a bad experience I will never buy a LAVA product in future and will spread it to every single person I know. The behaviour of the company towards customer is very disappointing and I am feeling harassed on purchasing LAVA product.
With this attitude of company I assure, that you can't fool consumers for long and soon this company will get closed.

Dear sir /madam
I have submitted my phone which modal no. is lava iris fuel 60.that purchase on 04/03/2015 my phone audio receiver is not working well I am submitted my phone in gurukul technology centre bhajanpura delhi on 12/12/2015 at 12:30pm my workorder no.-510006957904 and phone IMEI no. -911417050867443 at the time of submittion collection centre my audio receiver is not working but the other founction of my phone is working properly and she said to me that we will return in your phone in 3-10 days. but they didn’t give my phone in 10 days thay extend the time period and after 17 days they said that there is an some other technical fault in the phone and they said to pay a amount of 4500 rupees and my phone is not working now it is properly dead but I submit my phone it is working only audio speaker is not working and they checked also .
I requested to solve my problem as soon as possible its an humble request otherwise I should take a stricked action against your company .
