IRCTC - POOR PERFOMRMANCE OF IRCTC E- TICKET BOOKING

With ID "tarunmahap" booked three times from IRCTC.CO.IN. Out of three transactions two transactions were failed after deducting payment from my account. On enquiry with IRCTC operator Mr. Gaurav confirmed that this is due to some technical problem and the technical problem haven't any clarity. When there is a technical problem then why you are implementing such softwares to create problem to the customers.
This kind of problems when faced repeatedly by the customers, they will definately look in to the other sites.In addition to this site browsing is very very poor.
This is showing very poor quality of the site.
I suspect the reason may be to favour some other sites.

Sir i am booking a ticket in irctc website..when step of make payment i gave debit card n. And other detales after this step irctc conforme to me of pay. After i click pay option and irctc taking many frome my a/c but not given print ticket .how to receive my ticket?
