Airtel Delhi - poor information system of Airtel which costs me Rs. 42.50

I am Rahul Agrawal and I am an Airtel mobile user. My airtel mobile no. is (+91)-********12. I have suffered a loss of Rs. 42.50 due to poor information system of Airtel communications regarding Data Pack usage.

I was using 2 G data pack on my this no. and my data pack was due for expiring at 12:00 AM of 5th august 2013 and as on 5th august till afternoon i have approx. 350 MB data remaining in my account. I have used hardly 50 MB data after that and till midnight of 5th august 2013. But in spite of remaining data in my account, Airtel has charged Rs. 42.50 as data usages charges on my mobile no. and the balance of my cellphone has been deducted on 5th august 2013 at 11:00 PM.

When i called to customer care on 6th august 2013 around 10:30 PM, the executive told me that my whole data has been exhausted on 5th august 2013 around 10:30 PM and due to this I have to bear for data surfing charges after expire of Data Pack. But when i checked my "last 5 deductions" on 6th august 2013 around 12:10 AM, it shows that my last two deductions were made regarding data usage that has been deducted from my DATA Pack and costs approx. Rs. 34.50. Kindly note that "last 5 transactions" shows that the deductions has been made around 11:30 PM on 5th august 2013 and the same has been done from my DATA Pack. In spite of all these I have deactivated my data usages on 5th of august at 12:02 AM. And I m so much clear that my approx. 300 MB Data has been lapsed due to non-usage of data upto 12:00 AM.
but i could not understand that how system of Airtel shows that whole data benefit of data pack has been used upto 10:30 PM on 5th august 2013.

my 1st question is that if my data benefit has been completely used upto 10:30 PM, how the "last 5 transactions" shows that there is deductions of Rs. 34.50 from my data pack around 11:30 PM?

and my 2nd question is that if my data benefit has been completely used upto 10:30 PM, why there is deduction for data usage only upto 11:00 PM and why my balance has not been deducted after 11:00 PM and till 12:02 AM upto which I have used data on my cellphone?

My last but the most important question is that if I have DATA pending in my DATA PACK, why i had to pay for data usage?


it is very unfortunate for me of being a part of such a telecommunication company which is known as a giant in the field of Telecommunication in India and has such a poor information system due to which I have to suffer so much loss.

And i personally urge to everyone if there is any way to get my balance refunded, so please tell me.
