I have earlier made the complain for wrongful deduction without my consent by reliance communication from my mobile ********43 in Nov 2012 & pleaded for refund .I got the call from their mumbai office & they assured for checking & refund if found services not requested for subscription by me.
They have not taken any action but deducted the money today also. They are least concerned for the services but only in the money collection . They are at all not concerned for the call drop , poor indoor coverage in Doorbhash Nagar Rae Bareli & Swati park Kothariya Road Rajkot

Complainant's Goal: Immediate refund of the money deducted in Nov & Dec 2012
