this is complian agaist gas agency

they never deliver gas cylinder on time and most of the time we need to pick it from gas agency office and this time they have crossed limit , i booked on 71/8/15 and even i got message cash memo no . 300006908 , that cylinder is out for delievery. its been a month and they hvnt delieverd when i went to their office, they asked me to cancel token without specifying any reason

i called customer care and complaint about it , they told it will take a week to process and provided another contact number ********9 of rexpective agency but still they arent picking up

i really dont understand how the help system work .They dont even care about customer service .I havent expected such behavior from such highly reputed company

my consumer no 2463 .
kindly look in to matter and update me ASAP
