JAK CABLES - poor cable service

I have been using JAK Cable service for the past year, the service provided by them is very poor, they were compelling to buy set top box to watch all the channels but when we refused they started cutting all the channels including main channels like raj tv, vijay TV etc so we were forced to buy set top box for 1000 rs . but problem started after that every week the cable stops working and we need to call them back again and again and they never respond properly most of the time it will be switched off last month due to some technical problem in their office cable was not working for more than 2 weeks after calling again and again at least 10 times. after that a representative of their company visited and said there is a problem in the line we will correct it tomorrow but it took a week for them that too after calling them again and again .. we didn't have cable for more than 3 weeks but they promptly came to collect the bill but at that time we were not there so they cut the connection and told that they will give connection only after paying bill . the service is very poor and now again there is no connection and we were calling them far the past 2 days and nobody is responding and their mobile number is switched off always. I am missing most of the matches and elders here couldn't watch their TV programs. when we asked them to take back the set top box they are telling they cant take back and we have to throw it away. please help us by taking action against them
