I was travelling from erode to katpadi with my friend one early morning (monday) wherein, I have got the sleeper class un reserved ticket. Since we require berths(to sleep) we have checked with a TTE who has been totally arrogant with us:
1) He told that he will not at all consider this as a ticket.
2) He will not provide us berths to sleep with charges as per the policy
3) He has spoken in a most rude manner and I believe that this is due to the language differentiation (He is a malayalee)
I believe that this is totally wrong from his side and people like him should be punished as such, in future nobody dares to practice these kind of behavioural concepts.
Another time, I was about to travel by train from Katpadi to Erode wherein, the announcement came about the arrival of particular train at platform no 2. Hence all the passengers went to the said platform in a most urgent basis (due to limited stop timings - 2 mins)But the train came to platform no 1 only wherein, many passengers were put to much hardship. But nobody came to ask for an apology. I don't know when this attitude will change with the people.
