I have purchased a Views Sonic 18.5" LCD Monitors from Ravi Infocom in
February 2011. From last one month it is not working. I complained @
View Sonic Customer Care. They inspected my monitor & told me that one
of its part was not working and it needed to be replaced. After that I
had not received any response from View Sonic. I requested so many
times to customer care by phone and by email. But they do not have
courtesy to even reply.

I have never seen this kind of poor service of any company. A monitor
which I purchased before 5-6 months, after 31 days of complaint, they
can't even repair of replace it. I will not purchase any of the View
Sonic product in the future and of course not suggest anyone. Details
of my faulty monitor & complaint provided below.

Problem:- Total Dead / Not Powering On

First Visit- An Engineer from Bix Computers (A Service Center
Franchisee of View Sonic) inspected faulty monitor between 05-06-2011
08-06-2011. He reported that a part needed to be replaced & they do
not had in stock.
So within 3 to 4 days, it will arrive and then they will replace that part.

I had also called @ Toll Free No. regarding this issue on 22-06-2011. They
told me to send an email regarding my issue and to receive a new replacement
monitor.

I had sent an email for the same on 22-06-2011 and also resend it on
23-06-2011. But still not received any reply from customer care.

I request them to take an immediate response and give a New Boxed
Packed monitor against replacement of above said faulty monitor. But till date my problem is not resolved.
