This is to inform that I had sent a TDR for PNR no. 2533073532 to the varanasi office of Northern Railways addressing the DY CCM Varanasi on the 2nd of July through registered post for which I had recieved an acknowledgement confirming that it was recieved by the same. I had also sent an email addressing sdgm@nr.railnet.gov.in later on in 3rd september 2010 but still did not get any reply nor the refund. It is really very disappointing to inform that I have still not got the refund cheque neither have I got any communication from your end even after completion of almost 2 months.

I have visited the Kolkata office to enquire about the same but they have confirmed that since it is a case of Varanasi they cannot help. In this era when everything is centralised and computerised it is really painful to know that Indian Railways does not have such facilities.

Would be really obliged and grateful if you could kindly look into this and help me in getting the refund at the earliest.
