I am writing this mail regarding my debit card issue on online payment. when I do online payment it shows "For security reasons your MasterCardS SecureCode
purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card/login has been blocked for further use at MasterCard SecureCode merchants. "
I have called on customer care number, they told me problem will be resolved after 24 hours. My 24 hours completed but problem is not resolved. this problem is happened second time.
This is really a disgusting thing. After 8 Year of experience with PNB, I am getting very Bad response from your side.
Your Customer care person says "we can't do anything and can not registered your complain. your problem will be resolve within 24 hour." But today 1 week completed.
Why you are guys play with your Online Reputation Management.
And Also I cann't submit the complaint in https://www.pnbindia.in/CCSRMSForm.aspx because it shows again and again CAPTCHA IS INVALID.....
And Please response the mail of your firstname.lastname@example.org ID . I have mailed 4 times but no response.....
I have attached the screenshot. please have a look and resolve this problem ASAP.
