Punjab National Bank - please solve my problem

Dear Sir/Madam

I have more than 7 years old Saving Account No.-44********002045 and Customer ID No.- D11875775 in the name of RAJU SINGH with Punjab National Bank, Agartala, Tripura.

I am working in private sector. I was worked in Agartala for the period from 2004 to 2008 and this period I connect with your association. But this time I am working in Himachal Pradesh. Some amount is credited in this account in December-13. I go to nearest PNB Branch for withdrawal the money through Cheque with Passbook. It gets inoperative due to some reason. The bank staff printed my Passbook and as on dates my Account Balance Rs.33706.27. When I contacted bank manager, Agartala on phone no. 0381-2314207 on 31st December-2013 and I told to Bank Manager our Proof submitted to Nearest PNB Branch Please get it operative, they told me to visit the branch personally.

It is very inconvenience to me to go there personally. I am working this time in Himachal Pradesh and my account in Agartala, Tripura. I request you to please operative my own account or transfer my account to PNB Branch Code 290400, Reckong Peo, Distt- Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh.

You are requested to get my problem solved. I am enclosing the scan copy of our last page of passbook and Voter ID Card.
