Dear Sir,

Please refer to the enclosed RR No.G 105435 dated 16.08.2010 which was booked from your Railway Station for Patiala.

It is unfortunate that out of the FOUR CASES consigned, only THREE CASES were recovered out of which one case was broken & contents missing. These cases contained valuable Medical Equipments.

We have still not been able to locate the Four Case.

Please find enclosed a report to this effect from the Chief Parcel Supervisor, N.R.Patiala.

We would request you to enquire into this pilferage & initiate suitable action.

Please inform us the status of the fourth missing parcel at the earliest.
