My mother is 60Y lady and she is staying alone. We have observed that my mother's mobile phone was tapped. This is against law of the land. Need explanation and action the person who is responsible for this criminal act, to safe gaurd my mother.
Please provide the date from which the mobile was tapped, and update us the action you have taken.

This sort of things are happening to the mobiles which are used by elderly people, to trap/attack them. To stop such thing, very strict action to be taken.
