My PF Account No MH/BAN/45665/1788 was settled on 15/03/2010. Per instructions from EPFO BANDRA my claim cheque was sent to the banker in the 3rd week of April \'10. I have contacted my banker and they have sent me a written note stating that they have not received any cheques and have also not returned any cheques.

I have made multiple attempts to reach out to EPFO BANDRA through emails and phone but to no avail. I have also written to Mr. Samirendra Chatterjee ( Chief Provident Fund Comissioner) & Mr. Mathew ( Regional Provident Fund Comissioner Mumbai) but have not received any response.
I have also logged a greviance using the new griveance management system on www.epfindia.org but still have not received any response. For Record my Griveance reference number is ROBND/E/2010/00667.
Can you please help me settle this claim either by sending a new cheque or if the initial cheque was sent by registered post then need an acknowledgement along with covering letter that was sent to my Banker

I was working with IDBI Fortis Life Insurance Co.Ltd. From PF office I have received a communication last month-March2011, that there is name discrepancy, as in PF claim form my name was mentioned as "Sagar Ranglani"; where as in my bank account & on cheque it is mentioned as "Sagarkumar Ranglani". I have sent my Pancard, my bank a/c statement & canclled cheque to PF office for reference. Waiting for my PF claim amount.

I have applied for my PF winthdrawal through my previous employer and my previous employer has submitted all the required papers, proof and documents as on january 05, 2011 to the regional providend fund commissioner 341, Bhavishya nidhi bhavan, bandra (east) Mumbai. I have still not received my PF which should ideally take 45 days to get credited into my account.
I have tried calling the EPF Office, Mumbai on the phone number provided, but un-able to reach anyone on those numbers provided.
My PF number is MH/44546/5985

I really support this complaint. the same scenario has happened to me for Hyderabad PF office. I was informed from the PF office that my PF settlement was sent to bank account but that didn't reach my bank account at all.
Again I was asked by PF office to send the advance stamp receipt to them and I sent it. But no response I am getting from them.
I rasied a grievance but that was closed with "No Action Required". It's very horrible to follow up with the HYD PF office. Don't know what to do and how to get my PF settlement.Can any one help me.
Can we directly go and approach PF office personnel in HYD office?..Please let me know.
