INDUSIND BANK LTD - PF amount anf releiving letter not given by bank.

Company has not credited my PF amount till date however I had left bank one year back on 03-12-2012 after serving notice period of 60 days and before leaving informed in black and white to my BM and also informed HR about the same and also intimated them several times on mail.

Company is saying that as I had not served for 90 days so no relieving letter and PF will be given but as per SRF act it needs to serve a notice of minimum 30 days in order to get Relieving letter and PF amount.

Talked to Cluster Head Mr.Pankaj Mandhyan regarding this but as per him if I need to get my PF amount then I have to work there for 30 days more which is not possible as I am working with other employer.

I worked there for one year and amount of PF per month was nearly 950 rupees pm from my end that means approx amount of PF is nearly 950*12=11400 from my end and the same from company end which I did not received till date.

hi,
This is ridiculous that you have been told to work for more 30days to get your PF amount...
Draft a stinker to the higher authorities about the entire story and don't play with these CH or RH or whosoever..
Approach their 'pappas' and get the things fixed up...

Until and unless you tilt the finger the things won't come out....
