Dear Sir,
My self Brijmohan sharma, my self not received pension for the month of Jan-17 & Feb-17 till today. Although my self already submitted alive certificate against registered postal against PPO NO. 2003VR 040H991
It is requested you to please issue both month pension or advise us to reason for stopping.
