sir with due respect it is pertinent to inform u that the payment of bima gold policy no. 514454261 each after 4 yrs. return is due on 28 th mar but still i am awiting for my payment so i want to panalise the agent responsible for that because in due course i have submitted all my documents with my necessities but he failed to make me convinient even not picking the phome being such an authorised agent it is defaming thne name of ur compony and ultimately customer as a last sufferer i need strong action against this complain and report if u can my contact no. at patna is ********53 and at mumbai it is ********08. thanking u sir i need my complain no. and any of ur rep to contact me urgently
