Since thereafter, I didn’t receive any confirmation neither on Email nor on Mobile regarding payment receipt from the viraldeal till yet. After some times when I opened my Id on viraldeal I shocked to see that my Order history is empty and not showing my Order’s which I booked and made payment of Rs. 12497/-.
I tried so many times to the contact to the dealer on email as well on the mobile No. which is mention on the website, it rings but on the other end nobody picks my phone. I am feeling that I am being cheated by the owner of the website and it resumes fake as well.
Today on dated 25-10-2017 at 8:53 am, I received a call from Mobile No. +********3034 and told me that I am from VIRALDEAL and apologies for the trouble which I face and ready to return my money which I had paid to viraldeal ie. Rs. 12497/-. He is ready to return not in my bank account but in my card. I insist but he refuse to pay in my bank, after his continuously insisting to pay in my card I agreed, after that he told me to give me card details to credit your account by Rs. 12497/- I trusted on him and gave him all details which he need to transfer. Suddenly, I received a message from bank of debit of Rs. 12497/- then I realize that I have been cheated again instead of crediting my account he withdraw the same amount. Now, I am bearing total loss of Rs. 24994/- (12497/- + 12497/-). If he really want to return my money then why not he credited my bank account instead of card, now realize that I am a victim of fraud. I am in a shocked situation that I can’t explain to you.
It is therefore requested to you kindly; help me to get my money back.
