Hi,

My family members landed up in a pathetic situation while boarding Sanghmitra Express at Buxar. The train is supposed to stop for 2 minutes at Buxar but the train did not stop at all.

My family members could not board the train and had to come back home. I just want to know who is responsible for the damage. We as middle class families add bit by bit for our expenses.

Now we lost Rs. 4200 for the tickets that we purchased. Who is going to reimburse the money? Can anyone reply that? All the Govt. departments in India are really pathetic. Its a sincere request to the citizens of India to teach lessons to the Govt departments.

Its we who are paying the taxes and at the end we are the sufferers. There is no future in India. Ministers who are running the different departments are busy filling their own pockets.

I pray to God that all these ministers should long for the basic necessaties. Its not the matter of money that we lost but the inconvenience that my family members had to bear.
