We enquired about Tatadocomo wired internet connection in their toll free number 1********00. They took down our contact details and were supposed to call back to explain all schemes and other details. One person called back when we were in a meeting, he was requested to call back after some time which he promised. This was done last Thursday, when we enquired with them about this with the docket no MU33239529 which they have provided for reference they said this no is wrong. Imagine how pathetic an organization can be, the customer is coming to them still they cannot respond what will happen if someone becomes their customer.
